El legado de Durkheim en Schutz Hacia un horizonte en común

Resumen

La relación entre las obras de Alfred Schutz y Emile Durkheim guía el interés de este trabajo. Nos interesa en este artículo encontrar los aportes con los cuales Durkheim ha contribuido en a formación intelectual de Schutz. El camino planteado es recorrer los textos de Schutz en búsqueda de vestigios del autor francés, yendo del plano de lo más expreso y simple hacia los implícitos y las potencialidades. Se habrá de pasar primero por las citas alusivas directas. En el camino se pasará por el modo en que Schutz pondera los esquemas conceptuales y hace consideraciones sobre lo colectivo, la comunicación, la formación de las categorías y hasta de la guerra y la herencia. Posteriormente se harán observaciones que permitan tanto buscar un terreno común entre sendos autores así como dar una mayor claridad en la brecha que los separa. Hacia el final haremos algunas sugerencias para lecturas futuras, que combinen ambos pensadores, y cómo continuar una articulación que aquí dejamos abierta. SummaryThe relation between the works of Alfred Schutz and Emile Durkheim guides the interest of this article. We are interested in finding the contributions with which Durkheim has enlightened Schutz intellectual growth. The plan is to read Schutz´s texts looking for vestiges of the French author, going from the level of the explicit quotes to the implicit and the potentialities. (First we will see the way in which Schutz weighs conceptual schemes; and afterwords makes considerations on group, communication, formation of categories and even of war and inheritance.) Furthermore, observations shall be given in order to clarify the common aspects between both authors as well as the gap that separates them. Towards the end we will make some suggestions for future readings in which the two thinkers combine and articulate.
