NEHEMÍAS: TRES PRINCIPIOS DE UN LIDERAZGO TRANSFORMADOR EFICAZ

El líder transformador estipula su misión sobre la base de las necesidades que observa. Así, establece su visión de la misión. Su objetivo forma su propia visión. Sobre esta base puede motivar espiritualmente a sus liderados. Luego, la estrategia se establece a partir de la visión. Su planificación es el trampolín para alcanzar sus objetivos. Elabora su programa porque puede ver proyectado en el tiempo cada una de las etapas que lo llevan al cumplimiento de sus objetivos. Este artículo sostiene que los principios enunciados arriba son parte de la experiencia de Nehemías como líder de los que regresaban del cautiverio. Al utilizar estos principios antiguos, en la elaboración de estrategias modernas de evangelización, se logra plantar nuevas iglesias con efectividad.AbstractThe transformer leader determines his mission on the base of the necessities that he observes. Also, in this way he establishes his vision of the mission. His specific objective forms his own vision. On this base, the leader can motivate spiritually to his led. Then, the strategy sets up starting from the vision. His agenda is the starting point to reach the objectives. He elaborates his program because he can see projected in the time each one of the stages that take him to the execution of his objectives. This article sustains that the principles enunciated above are part of the experience of Nehemías as leader of those who returned of the captivity. When using these old principles, in the elaboration of modern strategies of evangelism, it is possible to plant new churches with effectiveness.
