“PARA QUE SU IGLESIA FLOREZCA”: FACTORES QUE PROMUEVEN EL CRECIMIENTO DE IGLESIA. PARTE IV

Resumen

Como ya se sugirió en los artículos anteriores, el crecimiento de iglesia es complejo y requiere un consciente reconocimiento e interacción de factores importantes. En este estudio se presentarán dos factores significantes, i.e., las células integradoras y las relaciones afectivas cariñosas dentro de la iglesia. El primer factor discutido requiere cambios estructurales y conceptuales en el liderazgo eclesiástico, mientras el segundo aboga por un ambiente que demuestra en forma real y palpable el amor de Cristo dentro de la iglesia, lo que no solamente mantiene la congregación viva y activa, sino también atrae a quienes que todavía no son miembros. AbstractAs has been pointed out in the earlier articles in this series, church growth is complex and requires a conscious recognition and interaction of important factors. Two significant factors will be discussed in this study, i.e., cell-groups that integrate and a caring and loving atmosphere in the church. The first factor requires structural and conceptual changes in church leadership, while the second involves an environment that demonstrates in a tangible and real way the love of Christ inside the church, this will not only maintain the congregation alive and active, but will also attract those that are not yet members.
