Abstract

El presente artículo es resultado de la presentación realizada en el Foro Latinoamericano sobre Libertad Religiosa organizado por IRLA-CALIR 2016. En él, se analizan los puntos de contacto existentes en la temática del aborto, tanto en la ley hebrea como en la legislación argentina vigente, a la luz de la libertad religiosa inherente a cada persona.
