La “historia mixta” como una historia global

Cada vez son mayoría, en historia, quienes combinan el trabajo con fuentes con la reflexión; la dedicación a un área cronológica, temática, especializada y el interés por el oficio de historiador en general, procurando la difícil coherencia entre lo que se dice y lo que se hace, sobre todo en tiempos de transición paradigmática. ¿Son posibles nuevas perspectivas en el medievalismo, en la historia en general? La pregunta es pertinente al constatar que la nueva historia se ha hecho vieja, al tiempo que la vieja historia se presenta como nueva. ¿Dónde están las nuevas perspectivas? Hay que rastrear los años 90 para encontrar sus primeras huellas, está todo por hacer, están por construir, inéditas, tal vez latentes. SummaryIn history, there is an increasing number of researchers who combine their source research with reflections; a dedication to a chronological, topical, specific area and their interest in the craft of the historian, thus attempting a difficult coherence between what is being said and done, specially in times of paradigmatic transition.
